Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the e-book Building a Food Brand From Scratch sold by Earthbowl Pvt Ltd on ebook.huggybites.com.

Digital product: no refunds after delivery

The e-book is a digital product that is delivered instantly after payment. Because it cannot be returned once downloaded or delivered, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after the e-book has been delivered to you, including for a change of mind.

When you are eligible for a full refund

• Non-delivery: you paid but did not receive the e-book (no download on the website and no email), and we are unable to deliver it to you after you contact us.
• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Failed order: money was deducted but the payment failed or the order was not completed.

How to request help or a refund

Email earthbowlpvtltd@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your payment ID (it starts with "pay_" and is in your Razorpay receipt), the date of payment and the email or mobile number you used. In most cases we will first send you the e-book. If we cannot deliver it, we will refund you in full.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, because delivery is instant. If a payment fails, no order is created and any amount deducted is automatically returned by your bank or Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
